KZPS Radio in Dallas?

Travel Info
What do you think about KZPS in Dallas changing their format and name to Lone Star? I think if people want to listen to country, there are plenty of country stations in Dallas, and we shouldn't have to listen to it on what was only one of two classic rock stations in Dallas. (The new format mixes classic rock and "outlaw" country, like Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, etc)

Travel Tips
I never listened to this station, but similar stuff on others and the incessant commercials drove me to satellite radio. I can pick exactly what I want to hear and even have a few options to hear the songs I like. You might want to look into it. Source(s): www.xmradio.com
Other Travel Tips
Personally, I think it stinks. I miss the old KZPS format. Dallas has a TON of Texas rock being played on the radio. Now where am I supposed to go for classic rock?
I actually started listening to 93.3 and ocassionally that jack fm station but I completely agree we have way too many country stations, and now no decent classic rock stations. Too bad willie nelson didn't buy out one of the rap or tejano stations we have alot of those too.
I've been listening to KZPS for years. I was pretty upset about the change! BTW....have you ever noticed that this sort of thing literally happens overnight!!! No warning, nothing. Kind of freaky in a way....it's like it never existed. :(
