Travel Info
I want to go antique shopping soon and I want to find cute little towns that have good shopping...I was wondering if anyone knew any of them around the dallas fort worth area? I really want to stay around there...Or maybe towards the Wichita Falls area would be nice too...

Travel Tips
Sure try:

Canton:The first Monday of each month's, Canton hosts "Trade Day" and becomes the "World's Largest Flea Market."

Cleburne:The small Texas town of Cleburne plays host to rodeos, antique shops, restaurants, musuems, Lake Pat Cleburne, and its signature event - Whistle Stop Christmas.

Grapevine:Grapevine has so much to offer, it will probably take a few trips just to fit it all in! Wineries, a vintage railroad, the Grapevine Opry, Bass Pro Shops, Lake Grapevine... the list goes on and on!

Salado:Whether you want a romantic getaway or a quiet weekend along, Salado is the perfect spot. Offering fine bed and breakfast inns, as well as quaint shops, dynamic water gardens, and carriage tours, Salado is sure to put your mind at ease.

Other Travel Tips
Grandbury, Texas. They have the cutest square with tons of antique shops...Also, some BIG ones off of Highway 377 going into town from Ft. Worth.
I would recommend Granbury. It's a cute town with a fun square and antiques. Also Glen Rose near the Dinosaur State Park. The Waxahachie town square has some good antique shops and restauants.

If you want to travel South, Salado Texas is well known for its antiques.
I agree with the others Granbury is the sweetest little town with many antique shops.
My Grandmother and Grandfather lived there for years before they passed away. When I was a child I spent summers there.
Definely try Forney... specially on Highway 80 between Forney and Terrel, you'll find antique stores galore...
