No let me tell you the truth...very unpredictable...you never know what it'll be like day to day let alone year to year...I've been in Texas for to long..i mean 7 years..every one of those years has been different...this year hasn't even hit 100 yet..and has been raining like heck...and it SNOWED on Easter...so if you like crazy weather then welcome to TEXAS!..:)

oh and don't let these folks fool ya i don't think they were in Texas when they looked at the thermometer..but i have seen it minus 15 degrees here in the winter..with wind chills...I'm from Washington state and it get's colder here then it ever did there.

Very hot summers, mild winters with an occasional ice storm
Hot and Humid during summer and Winters are mild, not too cold , ice.

I have never seen the thermometer go below zero, so to me it's not really that cold during the winter.

Normally the summers are brutally hot and humid. You will sweat even in the shade. Spring and fall not too bad, but spring is very wet as most summers are a drought. Winters are usually pretty mild any ice or snow is probably gone in a day or 2.
