Is Dallas tx, Snobbish?

I've read on message boards that Dallas has an air of snobbery in it. Is that the case? Are people really uppity in Dallas?

Well, if you hang out in Highland Park and shop at the North Park Mall, maybe they are. But most people here are just pretty normal. Not uppity at all.

If you don't wear your high heels and spurs in the Sport's Bars you can get some real funny looks. I even once saw them refuse to serve a guy because he wasn't wearing a bootlace tie with his string vest.
It's just like any city, there are snobs, but they are not the majority. It also depends on where you are. Plano (one of the suburbs) seems to have a higher percentage of rich snobs (it's where several of the Dallas Cowboys live) I live in north Dallas, and most everyone I've seen are normal, down to earth people. I've been here for 17 years, and I love it!
How could you ask that!!! I my self am a Dallas citizen! And we are not snobby at all!! Like every other city you pass there are always going to be snobby people everywhere not only in dallas!!!!!!!!!!!!! :P you suck, *****
