I'm visiting Dallas in July. what types of clothes should i pack? |
Travel Info I will be there for a little more than a week : ) i have never been there before! Travel Tips skirts. shorts. jeans. lots of summer tops. bring a light sweater or pullover. it tend to get cold in resturants and other indoor places. make sure you look nice. i've found that people in the dfw tend to look alot nicer than anywhere else in texas. Others tank top and jeans. Whatever makes you not feel hot. Bring a sweater too. Some places keep the air conditioning really cold. Shorts, t-shirts and sandles..... Like already mentioned, people like the ac cold. Bring a jacket. Skirt, Short-Sleeve Shirt, Flip-Flops, and a Rain Poncho! shoulders chest pants shoes It is HOT HOT HOT, pack the lightest , thinest stuff you have. I about died there. We have been in spring and fall, both times was more than I could handle, I got heat stroke and was sick for days. It is beautiful but be careful. Hydrate a lot and then hydrate some more. The people in Texas are great, the scenery is great but the weather is HOTHOTHOT!!!!!!!!!!! Did I say it was hot there? |
