Cajun Catfish in Rockwall is awesome! It's on I-30. Big portions, and great food! You can get spicy or mild.

By far without a doubt is Hook Line and Sinker on Lemmon and McKinney. Good Flavor always fresh and you get to mix your own sauce. How can you bet that
Do you mean to fish or to eat? There is a place near Princeton that is excellent, if you want to drive that far. It's right on 380.
I would say New Orleans, La; but since that's 8 hours away I would say Razzoos. They are pretty good.
