Those are pretty much the only places I go when I'm in Dallas and they are always crowded with huge waits. Others Most of them. I take it as a good sign. Dukes Roadhouse in Addison, TX. ....and the gross sales prove it, they consistently over $500,000 in sales after comps and tax is deducted every month!! Amazing right? I am an asst property manager for many shopping centers in the DFW and regional Texas area. La Madeline Bone Daddy's and Hooters Basically anything in Addison that is on Belt Line. |
