What is the best way to reach New Delhi from Chandigarh? |
Travel Info Are there Bus services from Chandigarh to Delhi . I would prefer reaching there by noon Travel Tips Shatabadi Express is a good option. If you want the flexibility of time of departure from Chandigarh, go to Chandigarh main ISBT at Sec 17; and every 15 minutes or so you can have buses leaving direct for Delhi either by Haryana Roadways, DTC, Chandigarh Transport, Punjab Roadways, Punjab Road Transport or Himachal Roadways. Buses take about 5 hours including one stopover of 20-25 minutes. Now set the time you want to reach Delhi and move backward calculating the time of departure by keeping a margin of contingency of about 30-40 minutes. Traveling between these two cities by bus is a popular means of transportation by many regulars. Others Haryana roadways bus or Shatabdi Express (train). Leave right now and you will make by noon even walking. I'm not sure how many days it will take you but it will have a noon. Ya...try walking, leave as soon as possible...now will be a good time...you'll get there soon enough. Remember to drink lots of water though, but don't worry its raining season now.
