- One each at both sides of the New Delhi Railway Station - Paharganj and Ajmeri Gate sides

- One at ITO, opposite the Central Revenue Building and 100 meters further down on Vikas Marg from Delhi Police Headquarters.

There are no prepaid autorickshaw stands anywhere in CP, as far as I know. There used to be one at the New Delhi Railway station, at one time. I wonder if it is still operational...the last time I checked over a year ago, it was still there.

those are useless. the best way to get around is by the metro and the bus. if u still need an auto, you should fix beforehand the price by bargaining hard otherwise they will charge too much.
