Am planning to visit for 5 to 6 days , this is my first visit any suggestion on budget hotel and how should I go about seeing delhi in such a short time .. No travel guide suggestion please... dont know any one there so i know it will be an issue but dont mind seeing the City of which I have heard so much about....heard a lot of good and bad things about teh city but I am sure i will discover more good than negative things about it so am coming with an open mind

Find budget hotels at Pahar Ganj area or near Railway station

Travel can be done by Metro, auto-rickshaw or a taxi.

Red Fort
Qutab Minar
India Gate
Akshardham Temple
Mughal Gardens
Connaught Place
Would add India Gate, Humaun's Tomb and Dilli Haat to dawizards list. :-)
