Travel Info What is your fave landmark hang-out and restaurant in new delhi and why? Travel Tips Qutub Minar in Mehrauli...because that's where my grandparents live! Others Landmark - Ansal Plaza because it has something for everyone, so you can go there with any kind of company...plus I like the open air theater concept.... Restaurant - Saagar, Def col for South Indian food, Moti Mahal for N.Indian and Evergreen green park for generally everything! My favourite place in Delhi is Moets Sizzler in Defense Colony Market. Its a very nice cool place with a very good ambience. It serves the best of Garlic Bread and mouth watering sizzlers. Humaun's Tomb is great. It's been beautifully restored by INTACH and the Aga Khan foundation. AND it's not crowded :-) Restaurant to continue in the great mughal spirit would be Karim's at Jama Masjid depends upon ur choice mine is appu ghar , fun n food village -good rides a good place 2 hang out mini mughal mahal in jor bagh -good food(mirchi parantha) must try Ichaban for chinese and jap food on pandara road, also karnataka sangha for south indian real cheap and really good at the motibagh crossing .Geoffreys at ansal plasa,fantastic ambience and yum food.galina at gol market when we take the road to panchkuan,lovely grilled chicken and kababs and mughlai food. Various joints at Basantlok for hanging out. Thank God Its Friday for beer, also at Basantlok. Movies at PVR Priya. Its my fave hangout. |
