What are my options to go from Delhi airport at 10pm on Fri night to Chandigarh?

Travel Info
I know these:
1. Pre-Paid taxi from airport(Cost ~ Rs3000) and not the touts outside.
2. make a pre-arrangement with a Chandigarh radio taxi already coming to Delhi airport (save 50% on cost).
3. 7.30am saturday shatabdi
4. Is there any direct bus from airport (i've heard about Canadian bus but not sure where to find more info)

Help me out if you know the best option or another option please

Travel Tips
The best and safest option is the morning train. I wouldnt travel all night by taxi, prepaid or not. Its just not safe. Unless you are a local you would stand out as a tourist and thats not safe either on a bus. If anybody is going to be robbed it would be you.
