Travel Tips If not particular about hearing from tdrajagopal only, you may also consider the following option: You have two options to travel to Janak Puri - by road or by Metro. By road you can take pre-paid Auto-rickshaw or Taxi from the station to Janakpuri. Buses also ply on the route from Ajmeri Gate side exit of the station. Alternatively, catch a Metro from the Rly Station (Ajmeri Gate exit side) to Connaught Place (Rajiv Chowk - just next station) and from the adjoining platform take the other route of the Metro to Janakpuri. You can take a ticket to Janakpuri from the New Delhi Rly station ticket counter itself irrespective of your changing lines. This is a better option to travel if you are not travelling with heavy luggage Others Metro is fast. |
