NCR is National Capital Region of Delhi which includes the townships of Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Gurgaon. There is a NCR Board under the Ministry of Urban Development of Govt. of India which undertakes the task of developing cities around the Capital within a radius of 250 kms.
