I want to know that do people sleep in delhi;s footpath's?If so then does police don't take any action against them?

Yes, ppl do sleep in delhi's footpaths....they're too poor to afford housing...and no the police doesnt arrest them or anthing becuz even the police know the poverly level in india....some ppl just dont have it as good as others.
Others
Only the beggers & homeless sleep on the footpaths. Police have other demanding tasks to perform. Arresting such Godforsaken fellows is not their duty......
