Any good shopping places and Best Briyani restaurants in Delhi? |
Travel Info I am from Malaysia. visited Delhi 3 times. Am planning again for holiday. Is there any other shopping area apart from Karol bagh, underground market (Palekat), Red Fort. I prefer cheap market. I am looking for a long skirt. any suggestions or idea, please. thank you. I had Briyani in Defence Colony? 3 years ago, it was marvelous. I went again in April, I was disappointed because the taste was not the same. Looking for Best Briyani Restaurant? any suggestions. thank you very much. Travel Tips well you cant get better deals then karol bagh...only thing is that you need to be a good bargainer for biriyani and other good traditional indian food i will recomond you to go to chandni chowk...it is well conected via metro also http://rahul.co.in Others Go to Janpath for cheap shopping. Also there you will lots of long skirts and traditional Indian stuff okay for wear by foreigners. Just bargain hard! For Biryani go to Karim's which is in Jama Masjid area and also has a branch in Nizamuddin. Your hotel will certainly know about this. If you are near defence Colony then maybe try Moti Mahal in GK M Block Market or Saleem's Restaurant in Kailash Colony Market. Both offer great Indian Mughlai food! Have fun! |
