Because it comes under plane area near to desert hence it becomes warm too easily.

Having more population density & less greenery is another reason for bad & warm summer.

Traditionally Delhi experiences bad summers.

It may be due to the geographical location which is about mid-point in the country, in a way. Secondly lots of pollution exists which may be leading to the sweltering heat.

The question is what are we doing to fight global warming. Are you doing any of these:-

1. Saving Paper (don't print if u can avoid)
2. Saving petrol / diesel (is the trip avoidable)
3. Saving water (use lesser water for bathing etc)
4. Rain water harvesting (it's easy, jsut dig a hole in your backyard and make the rain water go into it)
5. Saving electricity (use less lighting, heating, cooling)
6. Heat your food lesser (drink less tea, it saves gas, heat your food lesser, prepare food just before eating so it does not require re-heating, )
7. Plant a tree (as many as possible)
8. Re-cycle (plastic, paper, anything)

These are some ways you can make sure that the world does not come to an end soon, and our children thank us for taking these measures, otherwise can you imagine what kind of lives they would be living if we don't take a step now.
