Travel Info I was wondering are there stores like walmart or target in the cities of india like Dehli? Talks are on, if everything gose well, Walmart will have outlates in India sometime in 2008. No news about Target opening up. The similar kind of retail stores you will get in all Mega Metros are called Pantaloons and WestSide, also BigBazar. We have many in India. To name a few - Shoppers Stop, Pantaloon, Westside, Big Bazaar etc. nope.....but i heard they were thinking about putting a walmart somewhere in india. In india, it is bsically just small shops and big malls filled with small shops, but none of the department stores like walmart, zellers, target, etc. but a few bazzars like BigBaazar or pantaloons |
