Well it depends on if you're talking about a public new year's party like at a bar or a club, or if you're talking private parties. I think most people in denmark have parties with their friends and family. At least that's how my fiance and his friends do it. They just have a big dinner party and then shoot off fireworks while they're drunk,lol.
