It is. I used to live there for few years. If you go as a tourist, in summer and tame weather, you'll have a hack of a time. The history, landscape, structures, booze and girls, beaches and lot more will make your head spin. But unfortunately, when you live there, life becomes so boring after a while, specially, when you're not living in Copenhagen as a big city and night life. In other cities, streets are abandoned after 6-7 pm and there's no where to go. In the town that i used to live, AALBORG, the only nights to go to clubs was, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday, if you like to go to clubs, otherwise stay home and do what ever you desire. You know, all those years that i lived there, the fact that "there's no where to go at nights" was getting under my skin. Some times, when go walking at night time with friends or girl friend, high or drunk to enjoy the fresh air, it was like a ghost town and I'm not exaggerating! some times, you see a car passes by. It was funny, i had lot of Danish friends who were fed up with the tedious life style, and we were always talking about, which country is suitable for us to go to! |
