I am going to denmark in september as an exchange student and I also want to learn a second language. Is there any courses like university clases that I can take to learn a second language. And what about the cost?

You may want to look into an independent language school called Studieskolen. They provide a much larger selection of languages than any university and hold classes in the city center. Prices range depending on how long the course runs and how many hours of teaching are provided for that course section. When I attended, one course cost around 1000 danish kroners. It can be a good way to meet some Danes who share in your interest in languages. Good luck!
