Depends what you mean - where most tourists go? which is most "touristy"? which is the best take?

I lived there and have a couple of suggestions. In Denver city limits, the Botanical Garden is really different and fun - it has a sort of sculptural feel to it.

Outside of Denver, in Boulder, try the Celestial Seasonings tea factory tour. The peppermint room makes your sinuses clear and your eyes water!

Other than these, there really isn't much to do in Denver.
