nope because of the curvature of the earth you could not see it unless you were high up almost into outter space.
if you're talking about Malibu, California I'd say no way. There are mountains in the way and Malibu is across Los Angeles so you'd have to be able to see thru LA's infamous smog. But feel free to check it out on Google Earth. I did and all I saw was mountains. When I got up to about 60 miles up in the air above Denver I could see the West Coast.

i wake up every day to see my malibu in denver, clear or not. one day i just wish someone would drive off in it so all my days could be bright. a malibu, yuck.
