Depends on how much money you want to spend. By far the best restaurant is the Flagstaff House in Boulder. Awesome views of the city and Awesome food. Be prepared to drop atleast two bills though.

In Downtown Denver, it is hands down the Il Fornaio...wonderful food and house wines.
