Travel Info What is the best high school in colorado? Travel Tips Best counties for high schools (public) are Douglas, Cherry Creek and Boulder counties. These schools consistently have more things to offer kids (both for prep for college and electives) than say Denver Public schools do. That does not mean that there are NOT DPS schools that can provide a good education. But when it comes to benefits...the 3 above mentioned are consistently rated the best. When it comes to private schools, I would go with a place like Mullen, or Regis High school. Source(s): Born and raised in Colorado. Went to a public Denver Public School high school...turned out ok..and made it into all colleges I applied to :D Other Travel Tips Any. Colorado has an excellent educational system. I went to Englewood Public Schools and thought it was okay back then. But now I wouldn't recommend it. I would probably stay away from Denver Public Schools right now too. They only have a 50% graduation rate. Jefferson and Douglas county schools are good. Cherry Creek schools are great too. As far as public schools go. As far as private, you'll get a good education for what you pay for. Any high school in the Douglas County or Cherry Creek districts is good. aurora scools arevery good. |
