What is the area around the pepsi center like? |
Travel Info is it safe to walk from 16th street mall to the pepsi center at night? Travel Tips That area is totally fine as long as you aren't being dumb. All the streets are well lit with many stores/restaurants along the way. Once you cross Speer it is a little darker, but I would assume that you are going to an event at the Pepsi center which means there will also be a lot of other people looking for parking and walking in the same general vicinity as you. Depending on the route you take, you may also wind up going through Auraria campus which is fine in my experience. Source(s): Based on the experience of a male in his early 30's. Not sure what a female's opinion would be about going it alone in this area, but again, I would assume you are fine if you use common sense. Other Travel Tips as long as you have mace and you know how to use it. i've done it with friends. i think you'd be okay. Bleak and dismal. It's as though they think there's a hockey team near there.
