Get really drunk before you head out to DIA. Then yell at the cops that are around the airport. They will take you to the holding cells that are below the airport terminal!
You'd have to pass an extensive background check and get a job as a bag handler or maintenance worker at the airport. I'm not even sure they're still using the underground facilities anymore that were built for the automated baggage handling system that quickly died and was buried. Nothing ressembling a city underground at DIA, unless you count the prairie dog colonies!
