Which is the best area to live in Denver? |
Travel Info I am moving to Denver, end of this month. Which is the best area to live in? I am single and am looking for a 1 room apartment pl. Travel Tips South Denver is defiantly the nicest part of Denver. I live in Highlands Ranch and it is really nice. The prices can be expansive though. Our hose is only 3bedrooms and it's worth 750,000. Some good cities are; Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Littleton, Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village, Englewood, and Parker. I would recommend that you stay away from North Littleton and Aurora. Others east or west try on the north side for a one bedroom. but honestly we are ending a boom so prices may still be up a little. try apartment finders. they may have a website and its a free service that finds apartment for you and your price range I like aurora. It is a nice area, younger people, nice apartments etc. Plus, if you move to Aurora, you will have a new train line right near you. This will make it easy to get into the city. Check around near the University of Denver. (University and Evans area) The prices might be a little higher in this area, but it's centrally located (unlike Aurora), thus would make for easy commutes either to downtown or to the tech center. The LoDo area (lower downtown) is great. Fort Collins |
