Looking for small town in Colorado!?

My husband and I currently live in AZ but we are looking to move to CO. Does anyone know of a small, affordable town where there are job oppertunities and a community college nearby?

I've lived in Tucson and Bisbee, Arizona, and several places in Colorado. I think you may like Durango, Colorado. Durango sits at the southern edge of the San Juan Mountains, the most extensive mountain range in Colorado. Great forested mountains lie to the north and east of Durango, while the high desert country of the Four Corners Region lies to the south and west. Real estate went down dramatically after the Columbine shootings. Realistically, how likely is something like that going to happen again in the same damn town???

Not very likely...but people are superstitious....which gives you a chance to make a killing on a home.
Breckenridge, especially if you like to ski. I moved there and had a job within 4 days.
