Boulder has two kinds of apartments: expensive and more expensive. Seriously, I'd recommend checking out Harvest Manor if you want to be near CU. Or Bridgewalk if you want to be South.

Good luck. The vacancy rate in Boulder is like 1 percent. Maybe you should move to Lyons or Louisville or Longmont, cities close by that are much cheaper.
