Glenwood Hot Springs and Pagosa are probably the most popular and aren't too far from the Denver area (about 1 hour) - so from the airport they'd be a couple of hours driving. As for a resort with hot springs, I'm not sure. You might want to try Vail or Aspen and they might have a small hot springs on their property. But the two I listed are definitely the best hot springs in Colorado. It's very quiet that time of year, and very beautiful. Best of all it's a Caprock Spring so there is no sulphur smell and the water dosent dry out your skin and hair etc, the way the rest of the before mentioned springs do. It's the only none suphur spring in the state. You can use the pools there or just sit in chalk creek and make your own pool where the spring water runs down the hill into the creek.
