Should I move to Denver, from PA?

I'm thiking to move to Denver Co... But I'm not sure that it's for me! I love the weather for what I here... In Denver is there any italian communities? Does it get really cold in the winters comparing it to the east cost? Is the crime really bad? I'm a hair stylist, job opportunities??? I'm 32 , male living in PA , and looking for a change in life.... Can anybody help me with these questions??

Denver is a wonderful place to live. The weather never lives up to the bad reptation it gets and is certainly not as bad as some of the east coast winters you have. It does snow but the sun comes out almost immediately and melts it right away. Its not very cold at all, only a few days it does not get above freezing. The weather is mostly sunshine and mild, probably warmer than the east coast. Crime exists in any urban city but Denver is not known for a high crime rate, just don't live in bad areas but downtown is very safe. There are a lot of salons and Denver is starting to get a large upcale market so there should be opportunites. I can't speak specifically about an Italian community but I'm sure there is one! Good luck with the decision!

Go for it, but it is a long walk.
We sure can't compete with PA. Maybe you better stay there.
