Travel Info What happening Denver international airport too! much snow???? Travel Tips DIA cannot even operate in good weather. They have snotty ,understaffed people who work at the airlines who do not care about your comfort at all,like they used to do in years gone by. Probably the way the airlines treat their employees,like crap,and they pass their attitudes on to the paying customers. They should give all those people refunds for the inconvenience. !!!! I hear that DIA will not be opening till noon tomorrow, but after it does I can almost promise it will be quickly up and running just like no blizzard ever hit. I dont know why everyone is freaking out so much about this. In March of 03 we got three times this much snow and everything was running like normal again in three days. It doesnt surprise me that Denver is so backed up. I flew through there a few weeks ago, and it was a nightmare, and the weather was fine. So many flights were delayed, but what bothered me the most was that they were understaffed. It took us 20 minutes to get a ramp to offload, and by then most of us missed out connecting flights (we had a 2 hour delay leaving COS), and I think the only flight that left on time was my original flight into GRR. If they were better staffed I think there would not be so many problems. |
