What is Lone Tree Colorado like?

My husband and I are moving to the Denver area and need some information as far as nice clean less crime areas to live.

It's a high-priced suburban community that is, in my opinion, too far from Denver to make commuting worthwhile. Look a little closer in and you'll find that prices are about the same, but commuting is much better.

I'm not sure that anywhere you live will be crime-proof. But just about anything on the south side of Denver is better than the north side.
