I'm moving to Denver. Does anyone know about the Ken Caryl area?

Travel Info
Curious what you think of it, and if there are other similar areas in the foothills that I should consider. Thanks.

Travel Tips
Ken Caryl is a beautiful, upscale residential area, nestled right in the foothills behind the Hogback in the southwestern Denver metro area. Although it's a developed area, it still retains a lot of wild look to it, surrounded by red rock formations and scrub area. I like to hike in a park there that is just breathtaking; I've frequently seen deer, elk, eagles, coyote and snakes on my walks. It might seem remote, but it's very close to C470 highway and about 45 minute drive from downtown Denver. If I had the bucks, I wouldn't hesitate to look for property there.

As to other similar communities, Evergreen and Gennesse would have comparable homes and scenic lots.

Awesome area! If I had the chance to buy a house again, I'd buy one down there!
