Does anyone know about the Maple Hill subdivision in Fort Collins? Is it a good, safe place for a family?

I am moving to Fort Collins with my husband and children. When we move our daughter will be 3 and our son will be 14. Does anyone know about the Maple Hill subdivision? Is it a good, safe place for a family?
