Denver, CO only! Where is a place to meet near Santa Fe and Evans?

I need to meet someone 1/2 way , and 1/2 way for us is at Santa Fe and Evans, I need to know where is a parking lot we can meet in though. Like a shopping center, or Mc Donalds parking lot. It can be a few blocks this way or a few blocks that way. Thanks in Advance for your help.

Good Times 2095 S. Broadway (northwest corner of Evans & Broadway)
Subway 2120 S. Broadway (southeast corner)
