Need to move boxes of household items from Maine to Colorado - who is a trustworthy and cheap company to do it

I'm sorry, those two words "trustworthy-cheap" are not to be, and can not be, used in the same sentence when talking about moving companies. I have moved so often we stopped unpacking everything. Unless you have a "national" company that provides insurance of some type for you, some of your stuff will end up in a garage sale someplace. We had an entire truck vanish between Waco Texas and Rome New York. It just left the face of this earth with everything we owned except what we had in our car. Then the company (I can't put down the name because of legal reasons but the Pilgrims lost less on their ship) told us if nothing turned up 30 days they would start looking for it. That was almost five years ago and we haven't heard a word Good Luck!! |
