Travel Tips I would think yes because I know I've been able to drive from NY to Canada without the car being registered in my name. I think many people drive in cars that are not registered in their name. As long as you have a passport, you should be able to visit here... I doubt they'll even ask to see your registration anyway. Others Sure!! Anyone can come into the United States any way they want to. Yes, there is this thing called rental cars. So, I think it is safe to assume that you can.
