Travel Tips Visit : The Henry Ford ( the museum and the historical village) try to get tickets to tour the Rouge Plant where cars are produced The DIA The Historical Museum The Detroit Zoo The Chrysler Museum.. Henry Fords Mansion on U of M Dearborn grounds admire the Comerica Park Tigers The oldest plant Conservatory.. on Belle Isle Greektown ( really its only a block) drive around and see the sites from the recent Movies- Chin Tiki , Michigan Palace, and Train Depot Others I hear that getting assaulted with a deadly weapon is quite the past time! Have fun! http://www.infoplease.com/ipa/a0004902.h... Go to greektown for lunch gamble awhile then go to see the Red Wings win! Then hit a nite club for people watching The DIA is amazing. One of the best art collections I think. The Edsel Ford Mansion is really nice too. If you go in the spring and summer the gardens are all done up. Fall it is decorated for halloween and thanksgiving. Christmas time is amazing! If you can only do one thing, make it the Henry Ford Museum / Greenfield Village !!! Ed's barbecue sushi bar. |
