How many hours is it from Detroit to Toronto? |
Travel Info How many hours is it from Detroit to Toronto? Travel Tips I would budget 5 hours. The border crossings can be a "wild card." If you will be staying the entire time in downtown Toronto, I would highly recommend taking the train from Windsor. Parking your car in Toronto will be an additional expense and their public transportation is great. Others By car, generally 5 hours, though you can get there in 4 hours if you speed a little bit and there's no traffic or bad weather. By car, about four hours. It took me about 4 hrs to drive from Detroit Metro area to Brampton, where the airport is...i wasnt really speeding, that much, maybe a few mph over the limit...but i didnt stop anywhere along the route If you fly in a plane it takes less than an hour Ya about 5 hours its smooth sailing until you get to Missisauga then the traffic is deadly during the times people get off work and rush hours are longer than usual 4 Hours, assuming you don't speed and don't get caught in traffic. This is just from the edge of Windsor. If you cross the border at a bad time, add on up to an extra hour. took me about 3 1/2 hours driving. I guess it depends on how fast you are driving |
