Travel Tips probally $10 Others last year it was as high as 50.00. your better off to park near the people mover and take that. its very cheat, safe and fun... You can park for about $10 in most lots throughout the city for all day, and then walk or take the people movie. You will not find anything cheaper than $10. (They probably raised the price again this year, more like $15...we will see). Don't bother with Cobo, it's too expensive, and you have to be there VERY early, like at the latest 8 am, as the workers fill those spaces up early. Just look for a lot near a People Mover station. Park by Greektown and take the people mover. I recommend the lot right across 1300 Beabiuan (aka Police Headquarters) that lot is the safest and the most trustworthy. To my knowledge, the Cobo roof top parking was all corporate. You had to have a pass to get access as it was not open to the public. |
