It is the key to all symbols. Usually that would be the location a small city consisting of a fairly small population. I say that relatively speaking, of course, because it depends on what kind of map we are working with. You've either got a no-see-um on your map (a florida mosquito) or you're looking at a small town. The larger areas have a dot with a circle around it, and the capital usually has a star. There should be a legend at the bottom of the map, telling you what's what. on most maps, cities or towns are dotted as per population, there should be an area on map,that say`s what they mean, an example is population below say ,300,000 thousand are marked by a black dot, each map is differant, but follow a simalar method for process!! there should be a legand area on the map somewhere!! take your time you`ll find it,,good luck FLY POOP! |
