Motel 6 Detroit-Canton?

Was wondering if anyone ever stayed at the Motel 6 Canton in Detroit and if they could tell me what that location is like now. I stayed there couple of years ago and wondered if they hvae improved since then. HELP!!

I think i would try red roof inn in Troy. It is off of 13 mile. Cheap and clean. It is centrally located.
There have been improvements to the area due to the building of IKEA in Canton. The area and city itself has become nice with more restaurants, stores, etc. Lots of houses have been built recently too

The Motel 6 is like all the other Motel 6's I have been to. I've visited someone there but never slept there.
The area is fine. They have a lot as far as shopping goes... As for the motel 6, I've never stayed there. I guess they would probably be the same as they were back when you stayed before. It's not a bad area though....if that's what you are asking.
