Others Go to the State Theatre on Friday and Saturday nights for "Altered State". It's the best club experience around. We also have Greektown and the MGM Grand casino. ethnic festivals in Hart Plaza Leland City Club in the Ramada Inn Rouge Factory Tour see a Tigers Baseball game visit Greenfield Village and the Henry Ford Museum tour Fort Wayne comerica park, ford field c concerts at, detroit opera house , detroit symphony, detroit science center, cobo hall they have events and concerts there, dia museum, wayne state university, bars clubs-state theater, st andrews hall and the shelter ppl battle there like rap battles and its a club, imax theater, resissance center, the whitney, hart plaza u can c across the river to canada and at night c all the lights, casinos mgm and greektown, theres alot of places to eat in greektown, theres also mexicantown, u can also go to hockey town they have a bar and second city is there its a comedy club, fox theater to c plays, hard rock cafe, these r all places in downtown detroit You received many good answers but I don't think you will have the time or energy to do them all. Believe it or not there are many more things to do like seeing the Detroit Symphony Orchestra (a world class orchestra to say the least). So take my word on this. Go to Greenfield Village and the Henry Ford Museum. It is truly a treasure and you will never find anything like it in any other city. And since the Village is an outdoor experience then you're July visit will be perfect. If you only have time to do one thing, it will take you two days to see both. If you only have one, go to the village. My family and friends have season passes because we love to go every year. :) or :( |
