Others Yes but it costs money. www.mlb.com You have just realised one of the true evils of Major League Baseball. They (MLB) have the gall to make sure that the affiliated broadcast radio stations do not broadcast games for free over the internet so that they can charge you to listen to them through thier own website. This ranks right up there in the hall of shame with the NFL forbidding anyone to advertise with the words "Super Bowl" or the idiots who want to charge royalties for singing "happy birthday". :( And to add to the confusion and frustration of trying to hear them, a couple years ago, the Detroit Tigers decided to leave WJR radio, making it quite difficult for us in many areas of Michigan to hear the broadcasts. Thanks Tigers! We have endured all the frustrations while you built the club. First, some lean years, ever increasing prices, and finally no radio reception...... Now go out there and win another pennant !!! There I go again on my soapbox - sorry ! I think you can follow a display of whats happening during the game from the Tigers website for free...... y would u want 2 |
