My senior prom is coming up in less than 2 weeks, and i want to know if their is any place in the Detroit area, where i can ren an Escalade, or Chevy Tahoe.

Roaddogg is right ... the car rental thing is not a workable idea. Even if you have your cousin rent it for you, ... no one is allowed to get behind the wheel of a rental unless they have been approved by the car rental company, and that isn't going to happen unless you alter your ID. If your cousin lies, rents the ride and you get stopped, the cops will impound the rental, they will arrest you, your cousin will be sued by the rental company and your date will be left standing outside of vehicle impound lot in a crappy part of town in a shinny dress and no money. Not a good idea.

Plus, it's a damn waste of money. Any girl who would be impressed by something so obviously self-serving is not worth spending any money on in the first place. She'll just run off with the next fat wallet she sees.

How about impressing her mother instead? Hire a limo service for the evening. You and your date will get to and from the prom in one piece, Mom will know her baby is safe and you'll gain points.

If you have it in mind that your big score is going to happen Prom Night you are very much misinformed. Princess isn't going to be giving up a dang thing in the back of the Tahoe or the limo. Change your thinking ... prom night isn't for scoring it is an evening designed to see if you are worthy.

It is a test.

Can you treat your lady like a lady? Can you show her and her mother respect? If you pass the test, this will be the summer of nookie. If you pass the test, your date, her friends, her mom, her mom's friends will be lining up around the block for you to assist.

Show up in some pig of a ride, with the idea your date will remove her panties upon entering, and that fantasy will stay right where it is - in your mind and hand.

Even better, donate the money you'd waste on the rental or the limo to her mother's church ... then take the bus.
Others

Hertz rents such specialty vehicles but they are costly. Also, they want you to be 25 and up I think to rent those and you will need a credit card.
At the metro airport Alamo and National rent GM cars and SUV. You might be able to get a good deal because SUVs are not in high demand right now because of gas prices. Go to Alamo or National and make a reservation or check out the prices.
