Travel Info basically wats the vybe? u think id be cool or u think im gna get robbed? I just wana go and check it out, watch a tigers game and buy some Mixtapes stuff. Opinions welcome please gimmie as much info cuz im goin pretty soon.... Thanx Travel Tips Dude, don't buy into all this hype about Detroit being such a bad place! You stand just as much chance of getting mugged, killed, car jacked, beat up or arrested for soliciting prostitution in the BIG D as you would any other big U.S. city! I have lived here all my life and the most bothersome thing about Detroit is all the one way streets! While your here, why not check out the new Motor City Casino! Others lock ur car at all times. cary mace or somthing. you should be okay but just incae. i lived in detroit for 3 years b4. they will try to jack ur car. they invented carjacking in detroit. Its not that bad,just stay out of the neighborhoods and stick with downtown,its just like any other big city,some parts are good and some are bad Detroit is a nice city i have worked there 4 11 years i have been safe i just treat people good. Many people say tha detroit its a bad place to stay, or visit. but if u ask me, i think is great..bcuz i always go there with my niggas.. if ur nice to ppl, they'll be nice to u!! so good luck!! Its ok i've been there several times and haven't been killed or even robbed yet. Its kind of boring but its ok. I live in Detroit and I think you should probally come here with somebody that knows the streets and you'll be ok |
