Palmer Park (largest concentration of million-dollar-plus mansions in the city)
Sherwood Forest
Green Acres
Rosedale Park
North Rosedale Park
Grandmont
Indian Village
East English Village
University Commons District (adjacent to Palmer Park)
East Riverfront
Downtown
Corktown

Unfortunately, I call none of these home. By the way, being on the outskirts, or next to a suburb, does translate to safer.
