Travel Info Does anybody know anything about it im going to fill out an app and i wanted knwo has anyone heard of it before or do you work there and how do you go about getting an application? its in michigan Travel Tips I've seen the one on Dix-Toledo Rd in Lincoln Park before but I've never been there. I think it may be like a salvation army. Others value world is a discount store that sells used merchandise. they have been around for a long time-but they have closed some stores. the stores sometimes have an odor from the varying scents of the clothes (i think they presume they are cleaned before they get them) my mom was a big fan of thrift shops and they used to have a location on grand river nr wyoming if my recollection is correct i hope this helps-i dont think they have a website though try looking them up and call any location but the one you are going to. thrift shops tend to have few employees and someone will undoubtedly recognize your voice from your call. first impressions are everything so do some research at a different store-find out when they are open, what is important to them, etc. Good Luck! you walk in (dressed for success) and ask for a application you have a resume ready to give them no gum chewing, no facial piercings in Confidence is the key to getting your foot in the door to any job Don't think of this as a temporary McJob treat every application as a professional career I have obtained my jobs that I was unqualified for when I dressed confident , professional Never heard of this before. I've heard of Value city You should go to the one on 10 mile & Kelly because they are hiring also on 14 mile & Gratiot. They are always looking for help so good luck. |
